What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

We use a deposit alternative program - ask for details.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

Yes, termination fees and guidelines may be discussed with the leasing office for specific terms.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

Yes, all lease contracts automatically roll to month-to-month until a 60-day written notice to vacate is delivered to the leasing staff.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

Submit a request through the online resident portal.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

You may set up ACH payments through the online resident portal.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

No - we require online payments only.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

You may have guests up to 5 consecutive days. Any extended stays require application and approval to be added to the lease. Guests are requred to register vehicles to avoid towing and can't register past 5 days.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

You are required to include all occupants on your application. Minors will be listed as occupant; adults will need to complete an application and be approved.

Are gas grills permitted at your property?

No - we have grills in common areas.

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
